He is a United States Marine Veteran who dedicated over three decades to serving his country with distinction. His extensive career in the Marine Corps is marked by significant assignments and leadership roles inclusive of the Joint Staff, 1st Force Reconnaissance, MARFORSOC, and last serving as the Chief of Staff for the Marine Security Guard Program.

John joined Graphene Wolf in July 2025 after a 28-year career as a Marine Corps and Army Officer, serving in legal, infantry, and information operations roles across multiple global deployments. He advised U.S. and NATO commanders, led multinational training efforts, and directed strategic information campaigns. Now based in Western Massachusetts, he’s a licensed attorney and Ironman triathlete who enjoys time with his family.

Jon joined Graphene Wolf in August 2025 after 22 years as a Marine Corps Intelligence Officer, where he led teams and regional commands across 20 U.S. embassies and consulates in West Africa. His experience spans intelligence analysis, counterintelligence, and global security operations, with combat service in Bosnia, Iraq, and Afghanistan and diplomatic work as a military attaché in Turkey. Fluent in Turkish and a seasoned traveler to over 55 countries, Jon brings deep expertise in international security, threat assessment, and intelligence coordination.

CHIEF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) Miguel “Mando” Avila joined Graphene Wolf as Chief Business Development Officer after a 20-year career in the U.S. Marine Corps and extensive experience in diplomacy, aviation, and global security. A former Marine One pilot for President George W. Bush, he led missions across combat zones and diplomatic posts, later serving as the U.S. Marine Corps Attaché to Indonesia. Fluent in Indonesian and Spanish, Mando brings decades of leadership, aviation expertise, and international strategy to Graphene Wolf’s global operations.

CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER
Michael Rush is the Chief Security Officer at Graphene Wolf, bringing over 26 years of federal law enforcement experience and leadership. A retired Senior Federal Officer, he served with both the FBI and DEA, specializing in counterintelligence, terrorism, and global cartel investigations, and later instructed and led new agents at the DEA Academy. As a patent-holding security innovator and founder of two security companies, Michael combines deep investigative expertise with strategic risk management to strengthen organizational safety and performance.
